REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every Arbytr PC is built by hand, to order. Because of that, returns work a little differently than a normal store. Please read this before you buy.

Canceling your order

• Within 24 hours of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked. Just email contact@arbytrtech.com.
• After 24 hours: We've purchased your parts, so cancellation terms below apply.

Custom builds

• Non-refundable once your 24-hour window closes.
• A build made to your exact spec has no second buyer, so please be sure before you order. Happy to talk it through with you first to confirm, just ask.

Standard builds (like The Blackout)

• Can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Must be in original packaging, undamaged, in the same condition it shipped in.
• Refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
• You cover return shipping.
• Email us first for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns aren't accepted.

If it arrives damaged or won't power on

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@arbytrtech.com.
• Send photos of the box, the packaging, and the PC.
• Keep all packaging — carriers require it for claims.
• We repair or replace it and cover shipping both ways. This isn't a refund, it's us making it right.

Not covered

• Changing your mind on a custom build after the 24-hour window.
• Damage after delivery (drops, liquid, power surges).
• Returns outside the stated windows, without authorization, or not in original condition.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.
